This Sunday saw the first Club Championship race of 2016 (although many people didn’t seem to realise!). More importantly it was Race 4 out of 5 of the PECO season.
With a fantastic turn out (thanks either to the CC or the fact we are pushing for league winners for both women and men), 58 runners took part!
It seems, provisionally, we have won the Ladies Premier Division! Also we are close to promotion back to the Men’s Premier Division, one point behind Abbey Runners with one race to go! Great work everyone!

Now onto the Club Championship results. Well done to Jill Camm who heads the leaderboard with 50 points, closely followed by Kevin Longmate in second. Our star lady (you’re all stars really) Alice came third.
