Training

Training is on Monday & Wednesday nights at 6.50pm from Kirkstall Leisure Centre (unless otherwise stated on training schedule – see below) and all standards of runners are welcome to join us.

Training runs on Mondays and Wednesday are usually between 6-7 miles. We try to cater for not so experienced runners with lesser distances but we do ask that new members can run at least 3 miles at a slow pace.
