This page is for existing members who are renewing their club membership. If you are a new member, please use this link to go to the correct page to join the club. Join Kirkstall Harriers as a new member<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Annual subs from existing members are due after the AGM which is held in February each year. The online form is at the bottom of this page.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n

We require the personal information requested on the membership form in order to communicate with you as a member of the club and to register you with England Athletics, therefore your name, address and email address will be shared with England Athletics. We require the name telephone number of your next of kin in case of <\/span>a medical emergency when we may have to contact them on your behalf. We will not share your personal information with any other party.<\/p>\n

Your data will be passed to the Athletics Governing Bodies and will be processed in accordance with their privacy statement <\/a> and by submitting this form you are aware of and agree to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and agree to sign up to the Senior Athletes Code of Conduct<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All your personal information data held by the club will be deleted within 12 months of your resignation from the club which can be in writing from yourself to the club by letter or email, or within one month of you not renewing your membership by the annual deadline, 30 April.<\/p>\n

At the 2026 AGM on 24 February, the members voted to set 2026 subscriptions for existing members to \u00a335 for full membership with an early bird discounted rate of \u00a330 if you pay before 01 April 2025. Second claim membership is \u00a320.<\/p>\n

If you are a full member of another UKA affiliated club and Kirkstall Harriers is your second claim club, then choose this option when completing the online payment.<\/p>\n

Discounted subs for those who have joined within the last 10 months<\/h3>\n

Discounted Subscription is offered to members who joined part way through last year and is an additional discount on top of that detailed above. It is for those who have been advised by email from the club, what level of discount they are entitled to on this year’s subs. Please wait for an email from the club detailing your discount if you joined after April 2025.<\/p>\n

1) Online<\/strong><\/p>\n

The club’s preferred way for you to pay your annual subs is online by completing the form at the bottom of this page and paying online via bank transfer.<\/p>\n

2) Cash<\/strong><\/p>\n

Print and complete the form on the above link and hand it with your cash to Chris Glover, Susie Roberson, Shevonne McLarnon, Lloyd Allen or Ben Coldwell on training nights.<\/p>\n
