Richard Thomas\u00a0took the maximum 50 points from this race with a very strong performance beating his handicap time by 3.4%. Well done to Richard.<\/p>\n

Claire Bromley followed up her 50 points at the Horsforth 10k with 49 points here. Paul Miller came 4th and scooped 48 points\u00a0followed up by Russell Bromley with 47 points. Only 4 members ran, so they all collected high points.<\/p>\n

The marathon and parkrun bonus points have now been updated, thanks to a clever programme from Steve Webb which does it automatically for me. Peter Hey has been pushed into 2nd place by Ben Coldwell. Laura Hogg leaps into 3rd and Bal into 4th.<\/p>\n

There are still 4 races to go, so plenty of time to build up your total score. It is getting tight at the top, so make the most of the remaining races.<\/p>\n

The next CC race is the Guy Fawkes 10 on\u00a0Sunday 2nd November.<\/p>\n
