SUNDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2016 AT 10.00am

THE KA7 is a 6.7 mile multi terrain course starting and finishing within the

Abbey grounds. A bottle of beer & goody bag to all finishers

In support of Wheatfields in memory of Stephen Blades and Paul Reynard

Race HQ is : Abbey Visitor Centre, Abbey Rd, Kirkstall, LS5 3EH (Toilets & bag storage). Registration opens at 8:30am.

Mad Monk Meander & Junior Race text boxes

You will be able to enter online or by post from mid February through to 13 Sept (or unless the race limit of 400 is reached earlier for the senior race),

 Race numbers for all 3 events will be available for collection on the day of the race from the race HQ. at Kirkstall Abbey.

KA7 title

Courses of all 3 events are not suitable for wheelchairs, are uneven in parts and slippery if wet

Trophies for : 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female

Prizes for 1st male & female V40, V45,V45, V50,V55, V60, V65.

Stephen Blades Trophy for the first local runner

Spot prizes on the finish line (sponsored by PECO)

Team (3 runners) prizes for 1st male club/team and 1st female club/team. All trophies/prizes presented at the race HQ approx 11:15am

Drinks will be available in the LPSA club from 11.00am
