The KA7 is a 7 mile multi terrain course starting and finishing within the

Abbey grounds. A bottle of beer and a medal to all finishers.

The race will be chip timed.

Race HQ is : Abbey Visitor Centre, Abbey Rd, Kirkstall, LS5 3EH. Registration opens at 9am.

 Entries close at 18.00 on 30 September.

Note: No refunds available. If the race is cancelled for any reason, all entrants will be offered a free entry to the 2023 event. Free transfer of race entry to another person will be possible up to 17th September by emailing your full details and those of the transfer recipient to Note that if transferring an affiliated entry to an unaffiliated runner, then an additional fee of £2 will be due.

You will be able to enter the event online through to 6pm on 30 Sept (unless the race entry limit of 450 is reached earlier)

 Race numbers will be available for collection on the day of the race from the race HQ at Kirkstall Abbey from 9am.

The course is not suitable for wheelchairs and is uneven in parts and slippery if wet
