Kirkstall Abbey 7

SUNDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 2019 @ 10.00am

The KA7 is a 7 mile multi terrain course starting and finishing within the

Abbey grounds. A bottle of beer & goodie bag to all finishers. The race will be chip timed again.

We will also be holding the chip timed 2 mile Junior Race at 9:00am and the

 1 mile “Mad Monk Meander” 9:30am.

Race HQ is : Abbey Visitor Centre, Abbey Rd, Kirkstall, LS5 3EH. Registration opens at 8:30am.

Note: No refunds available. Free transfer of race entry to another person will be possible up to 13th September by emailing your full details and those of the transfer recipient to Note that if transferring an affiliated entry to an unaffiliated runner, then an additional fee of £2 will be due.

You will be able to enter any of the three events online through to 26 Sept (unless the race entry limit for a particular event is reached earlier)

 Race numbers and timing chips for events will be available for collection on the day of the race from the race HQ at Kirkstall Abbey.

KA7 title

Courses of all 3 events are not suitable for wheelchairs, are uneven in parts and slippery if wet

Trophies and cash prizes for : 1st male and female.

Cash prizes for 2nd, 3rd male and female

Prizes for 1st male & female V40, V45,V45, V50,V55, V60, V65.

Team (3 runners) prizes for 1st male club/team and 1st female club/team

Stephen Blades Trophy for the first local runner

Spot prizes will be handed out randomly on the finish line (sponsored by PECO)

All trophies/prizes presented at the race HQ approx 11:15am
