We held a bleep test in the gym as an alternative to a training run tonight and 28 members took part.
Thanks to Alan for organising. It was popular and do doubt we will be doing it again.
Here are the results. The level is the set of bleeps at which the runner dropped out (which get faster as the level increases). The shuttle are the number completed in the highest level before dropping out. shuttle is a run between cones set 20m apart.
