Here is a summary of the AGM which took place on 22 Feb 2023. Thanks to all those who attended.

How to Pay Annual Subs (existing members only)

Election of Officers for 2023/24

· Chair – Chris Glove

· Secretary – Lloyd Allen

· Treasurer/Membership Secretary – Shevonne McLarnon

Election of Committee for 2023/24

· Ben Coldwell – Men’s Captain.

· Lucy Churm- Ladies Captain

· Kat Denholm – Ladies Vice Captain

· Paul Chapman – Men’s Vice Captain.

· Adam Moger – PECO rep.

· Carol Moran – Club Gear rep.

· Vicki Hipkiss – YVAA rep.

· Leanne Sykes-Hooban – Social Secretary.

10) Subscriptions for 2023/24

Full membership subs (new members) to remain at £30

Second claim membership subs to remain at £15

Loyalty discount for members to be £25 until end of March.

Discount for new members who joined mid-way through 2022 as in previous years

Club Funding of Team Relays & League Races

Club to continue funding entries into selected team events this year. This includes Calderdale, Bradford Millennium, Leeds Country Way, Danefield, Golden Acre Park and Washburn relays as well as PECO cross country races.

Charity Donations for 2022/23 (CG)

Sue Ryder Wheatfields £500

£100 to be donated to the following 10 charities:

St Mary’s Food Project, Mountain Rescue, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Action Duchennes, Leeds Children’s Charity, St Georges Crypt, Zarach (Beds and basics for Leeds children in poverty). DEC Ukraine. DEC Turkey/Syria. Feed Leeds Homeless Charity.
