Thank you to the 30+ members who attended the AGM last night.

At the meeting it was agreed to maintain annual membership fees at £30 with an early bird discounted fee of £25 if paid before 01 April 2024. So your annual subs are now due and the online form + payment info is available on this link:

How to Pay Annual Subs (existing members only)

The management committee for 2024/25 were elected as follows:

· Chair – Chris Glover

· Secretary – Lloyd Allen

· Treasurer/Membership Secretary – Shevonne McLarnon

· Men’s Captain – Ben Coldwell

· Ladies Captain – Lucy Churm

· Ladies Vice Captain & Welfare Officer – Susie Robertson

· Mens Vice Captain – Ryan Llewellyn

· PECO Rep – Adam Moger

· Club Gear Rep – Carol Moran

· Social Secretary – Leann Sykes-Hooban

Many thanks to our re-elected committee members and to Susie and Ryan for volunteering to join the committee.

It was agreed to donate to the following charities:

Sue Ryder Wheatfields – Annual donation as main charity we support. £500 donation.
£1000 in donations shared equally between the following: Mountain Rescue, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Action Duchennes, Leeds Children’s Charity, St Georges Crypt, Zarach (Beds and basics for Leeds children in poverty). DEC Ukraine.

Congratulations to Kevin Longmate who was awarded the Sprostsperson of the Year 2023 trophy having received the most votes from club members.

Also congratulations to the top 3 finishers in the 2023 Club Championship. 3rd was Ryan Llewellyn, 2nd Jim Nundy and in 1st place Kat Denholm.
